Although we are no longer seeing clients in person due to social distancing guidelines, our attorneys are still available to meet with you and assist you via phone or video conference using Zoom or FaceTime. Whether you are a new client or a client who has already begun working with our firm, we can discuss the elements of your case, take depositions and do a myriad of other casework digitally.

Mediations

If we decide that mediation for settlement is the right choice for your claim, it is possible to pursue this path over Zoom video conferencing. We can conference with the insurance company and the mediator on a secure channel and conduct the mediation just like we would in person. This will not only allow everyone to safely remain at home but also enable your case to proceed without delay, which is no doubt a priority for you.

Given the sensitivity of legal work, is conducting it over technology safe? Rest assured that we use software with safeguards like password protected conference rooms, waiting rooms and secure-random meeting IDs. Your information, security and peace of mind when meeting online are of paramount importance to us.
