Many in Santa Barbara might assume that legal action in car accident cases only arises when those deemed not to be responsible for an accident suffer the most from it. A man sustained major injuries after colliding with several vehicles on a local road before his own vehicle came to a rest in a nearby McDonald’s parking lot. Accident investigators say that the man and another driver were both traveling down that road at excessive speeds, but that it was the man’s unsafe land change that caused the collision. His current condition was not reported. Other involved in the accident were said to have sustained minor injuries.
